I inherited a couple of vintage lamps when my grandmother passed. The shades were ruined and the wiring was questionable. The lamps were cool and a new project sounded just the thing.

I ordered some books to give me some ideas and, it took off from there. I began hunting for lamps to repair and rewire so that I could then make new shades for them.

It's become an obsession!

EmmyLou is my constant side kick. Emmy is an Old Time Scotch Collie. She owns Amie, no question about it. She's usually in or around the shop ready to provide a bit of collie therapy to visitors.
