This unusual vintage Mid-Century table lamp features a wonderfully sculptural beehive-shaped body, ornate brass-tone metalwork, and a working interior night light that illuminates the body of the lamp from within.
The large rounded body has a warm brown finish with deeply raised horizontal bands that create its distinctive beehive or ribbed texture. It is mounted on an ornate footed brass-tone base and topped with an elongated decorative metal column, giving the lamp an impressive 30-inch-plus overall height.
One of the best features of this lamp is the secondary light located inside the body. The night light is in working condition, allowing the lower portion of the lamp to glow independently for softer ambient lighting. The main socket is also working.
The lamp retains its original wiring, which is currently in good working condition.

It’s an especially interesting piece for Mid-Century Modern, Hollywood Regency, eclectic, maximalist or collected interiors.
