A substantial vintage lamp with an unusually beautiful combination of leather, brass, and Asian-inspired decoration.

This is a remarkably heavy vintage table lamp with a substantial brass body wrapped in dark, richly textured leather. The aged leather has a naturally mottled surface with variations in tone that give the lamp wonderful depth and character.

One side features an elegant gold-toned Asian floral design, creating a striking contrast against the dark leather. The design is complemented by the warm brass trim, raised crown, and distinctive footed brass base.

The combination of materials makes this lamp particularly unusual. It has the weight and presence of a solid brass lamp, but the leather wrapping gives it a warmer, more tactile and collected-over-time appearance.

At 28.5 inches tall, it has the scale to work beautifully as a statement lamp on a console, side table, chest, nightstand, or entryway table.
