Description

A beautiful combination of antique glass and functional lighting, this Atterbury cranberry glass lamp began life as an oil lamp and was later electrified for use as a table lamp.

The lamp features a lovely cranberry pink glass font paired with a white glass pedestal base. Delicate gold swirl decoration remains on the cranberry glass, although the gold decoration is failing and shows noticeable loss from age. Please review the photos carefully for the condition of the remaining decoration.

The contrast between the soft cranberry glass, crisp white base, and aged metal fittings gives this lamp wonderful character. It works beautifully in romantic, Victorian-inspired, Grandmillennial, eclectic, or collected interiors.

Condition:
Vintage/antique condition with age-related wear. The gold swirl decoration on the cranberry glass font is deteriorating and has areas of loss. This is part of the lamp's existing condition and is reflected in the photos.

Lampshade is sold separately. Pictured shades are shown for styling inspiration. Please ask about having a custom lampshade made specifically for this lamp.
